Ingredient List for Vanilla Cake

Microfiltered Whey Protein Matrix (Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Sweet Whey, Non-Dairy Creamer, Natural and Artificial flavors, Skim Milk, Xanthan Gum, and Cane Sugar

Protein Cake & Muffin Recipe

  • 2 cups of Holmes Nutrition Protein

  • 1 egg, 2 egg white

  • ½ cup Water


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add in enough water for good consistency- may be slightly more than ½ cup.  Spray 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray.  Bake in oven @ 350 for 22-26 minutes.  For muffins- cook for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Holmes Nutrition Mug Protein Cake





  • 2 scoops of Holmes Nutrition Protein

  • 3 Tablespoons of Water

  • 1 Coffee Mug

Put 2 scoops of your favorite flavor of Holmes Nutrition protein into a coffee mug.  Stir in 3 tablespoons of water until well mixed.  Cook in microwave for 55 seconds.  For a more pudding like consistency only cook in microwave for 45 seconds.  Enjoy!
